Cotton Roll Substitute – Dental Dry Angles

Absorbs up to 30 times its weight in saliva — far outlasting standard cotton rolls and absorbent pads. These cotton roll substitutes maintain a dry, stable field throughout the procedure without losing absorbed moisture when handled. An effective replacement for rubber dams in most isolation scenarios.

Clinical benefits

• Rubber dam replacement — effective isolation without setup complexity
• Polyethylene film provides complete coverage of the parotid orifice and entire buccal mucosa with cutting protection
• Facilitates work far back in the oral cavity
• Flexible — accommodates natural cheek movements during the procedure
• No loose fibres or residues left in the mouth
• Stays comfortably in place, removes easily with a water spray
• Does not lose absorbed moisture when handled — no re-saturation risk

• Similar to NeoDrys

Ideal procedures
Composite restorations, sealant application, crown preparation, bonding, whitening, cementing — any procedure requiring a dry, isolated buccal field, especially where rubber dam placement is not practical.
