Premier Hemodent™ 40cc is a topical hemostatic solution designed for the rapid control of minor gingival bleeding during a wide range of dental procedures. It can be used during crown and inlay preparations before impression taking, restorative procedures where bleeding control is required, cementation of crowns and inlays, and minor periodontal procedures such as curettage, gingivectomy, gingivoplasty, and deep scaling.
The buffered aluminum chloride formulation is epinephrine-free, providing effective hemostasis without the use of vasoconstrictors. This makes it a practical choice for routine dental procedures where reliable gingival bleeding control is needed.
The 40cc bottle provides four times the volume of the 10cc format and twice the volume of the 20cc format, making it well suited for busy dental practices, multi-operatory clinics, and practices with frequent hemostatic solution use. The larger size can help reduce the need for frequent reordering.
Hemodent is formulated to be non-staining and compatible with bonding procedures when the treated area is properly rinsed before adhesive application. Its stable formulation and long history of clinical use make it a convenient choice for everyday dental practice.
