Dentsply Enhance® Finishing Discs Refill – 30/Pack

Product Overview

Enhance® Finishing Discs Refill (40/pack) by Dentsply Sirona are designed to provide efficient intermediate and final finishing of composite restorations. The Enhance Finishing System helps create a smoother surface prior to final polishing, resulting in higher gloss and improved esthetics.

Manufactured by: Dentsply Sirona Canada Ltd.

Why Use the Enhance Finishing System?

Surface roughness testing and SEM evaluations demonstrate that composite restorations achieve a smoother final polish when the Enhance Finishing System is used before the final polishing step.

If diamond or carbide finishing burs are used initially, Enhance discs effectively refine and smooth the restoration surface prior to polishing, helping clinicians achieve superior luster and finish.

System Description

The Enhance Finishing and Polishing System includes:

• Enhance finishing discs, cups, and points

• Flexible, abrasive instruments for intermediate and final finishing

• Foam polishing cups for use with polishing paste

• Compatible with Prisma® Gloss and Prisma® Gloss Extra Fine polishing pastes

Enhance devices allow finishing and smoothing without the need to change discs between steps.

Clinical Benefits

✔ One-Component Simplicity

Complete both intermediate and final finishing using a single system — no need to switch between multiple discs.

✔ Controlled Finishing

The level of pressure applied determines the aggressiveness:

• More pressure → aggressive initial contouring

• Less pressure → smooth surface refinement
